About the Opportunity

We are seeking a friendly, passionate, and enthusiastic Dental Practice Manager to join our team. You will be based at our Sunderland practice for the majority of your time, taking the lead on managing operations there alongside our sister practice in Houghton-le-Spring.

Key Responsibilities
You will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the practices, confidently managing areas such as:
- Compliance & Safety: CQC management, Health & Safety, and Infection Control.
- Team & Patient Care: Staff management, treatment coordination, and complaint handling.
- Operations: Effective diary management and meticulous record-keeping.
- Business Growth: Basic finance and local marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Previous experience within the dental sector is required.
- Management Experience: Prior management experience within dental is highly preferred, though we will consider applicants with substantial, proven management experience within other closely related healthcare sectors.
- Skills: Strong financial and business acumen is desirable, though bespoke training will be provided for the successful candidate.
