We are seeking professional and reliable Delivery Drivers to join our team in Southampton. This is an opportunity for drivers with their own van or large car to start immediately with a quick and simple onboarding process.
We do not require expensive courier insurance — only standard motor insurance is needed, as we provide parcel insurance at no extra cost.
Average weekly earnings are around £918, even for low-performance drivers.
We offer monthly pay on the 15th of each month
(Example: payment on 15 December covers 01/11 – 30/11).
Job Summary
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries. This role requires strong driving ability, professionalism, and the capacity to handle physical tasks such as manual handling and lifting.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate your vehicle to deliver parcels within designated routes
- Complete all deliveries accurately and on schedule
- Load and unload goods, including parcels that may require heavy lifting
- Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and roadworthiness of your vehicle
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, clients, and team members regarding delivery progress or issues
- Complete delivery notes, logs, and any required documentation
- Follow all road safety laws and company policies at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
- Valid driving licence
- Own van or large car suitable for parcel delivery
- Ability to lift and handle parcels confidently
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Clean driving record
