Full job description

Location: Tennent's Brewery, Glasgow | Full-time | Site-based

We're looking for a proactive and experienced Electrician to lead Hard FM delivery at Tennent's Brewery. You'll oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance, safety, and service excellence across the site.

We're looking for a Site Supervisor who can confidently manage engineers and contractors while maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service.

Role responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and safety standards
Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance in line with your qualifications
Manage subcontractors, including audits, permits, and risk assessments
Support the Account Manager and provide leadership to engineers and operatives
Ensure KPIs and SLAs are met and identify opportunities for additional works

Required qualifications:

Recognised trade qualification (City & Guilds Level II/III or SVQ level 3 or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety and safe working practices
Experience in Hard FM service delivery within a live environment

What we're looking for:

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused with a proactive approach
Ability to lead, support, and motivate teams on site
Flexible and adaptable, with willingness to support across the portfolio
Due to the size of the site we require someone who is physically fit.
Someone that can make their own way to site as there is no vehicle involved with this role - their is free parking on-site.
