Salary: Grade 2 ( £26,048 - £31,288)
21 hours per week

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Administration Assistant to join the River Clyde Homes Group and provide vital administrative support to our Area Housing Teams. This role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of housing and tenancy management services and supporting excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

Manage incoming and outgoing emails from team mailboxes.
Update the TSM money portal weekly and manage tasks on the DWP Landlord Portal.
Liaise with Housing Officers/Assistant Housing Officers for processing of managed payments and deductions.
Monitor terminations and process Universal Credit cancellation requests.
Process benefit decision notices and escalate referrals as required.
Support marketing and letting of properties, including maintaining stock levels of sign-on packs.
Organise and attend meetings, take and distribute accurate minutes (including confidential matters).
Communicate with customers and external agencies in a courteous and supportive manner.
Assist with progressing former tenant arrears and processing customer credits.
Provide full administrative support to the Customer Services Directorate.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Demonstrable experience of working proactively with minimal supervision and delivering outcomes on time.
Knowledge of housing management systems and Microsoft Office packages (especially Excel).
Strong communication skills and ability to deal with vulnerable customers and sensitive issues.
Good IT skills, including data storage, production, and analysis.
High level of numeracy and literacy.
Full driving licence (desirable).
