About Us
Rawcreation is a UK supplement manufacturer and business platform. We are the first company in the UK to offer this combined model: we are both the factory that manufactures the product and the platform that brands use to build and launch their own supplement ranges. No middleman, no broker, just one business doing both.
We work across two connected growth areas: white label, where entrepreneurs and health professionals build a branded supplement business on our ready-formulated products, and private label, where we develop bespoke formulations and manufacture them exclusively to a brand's own specification. Both are growing fast, and this role is central to that growth.

We're at the start of scaling a business model that hasn't existed in the UK before, and the market opportunity in front of us is huge: private label and white label supplements is one of the fastest-growing corners of UK FMCG, and right now there is no single business doing what we do, owning the manufacturing and the platform under one roof.
Over the next phase of growth we're expanding our product range, investing in the platform experience for the brands we serve, and building out the commercial team that will take us there. The Role
We're looking for an independent, self-directed Senior Sales Manager to proactively win new business across both our private label and white label customer bases in the UK.
This is a revenue-ownership role: you will build your own sales plan, run your own pipeline, and take full accountability for bringing new revenue into the business, from first contact through to a signed, producing account.
You'll need to be comfortable operating with real autonomy. There is no existing playbook to follow. You will need to build your own sales strategy and territory/account plan, informed by our business model, and be trusted to execute against it with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver a personal new-business revenue target across both private label and white label customers in the UK.
- Independently build, own and continually refine a sales plan and pipeline strategy to hit and exceed revenue goals.
- Proactively identify and approach new brand owners, entrepreneurs, and health & wellness businesses suited to our white label platform.
- Identify and win private label opportunities with brands seeking bespoke formulation and manufacturing partnerships.
- Clearly articulate Rawcreation's distinct position as both the manufacturer and the platform, and the advantages this gives customers over working with a broker or agency.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, pitching, negotiating commercial terms, and closing.
- Take end-to-end ownership of revenue delivered, including forecasting, pipeline accuracy, and reporting on progress against target.
- Represent Rawcreation at trade shows, industry events and networking opportunities to build a strong UK pipeline.
- Work closely with production, formulation and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover from sale to onboarding.
- Feed customer and market insight back into the business to help shape product, pricing and go-to-market strategy.
What You'll Need
- A proven new-business winner with a track record of independently sourcing and closing revenue, not just managing existing accounts.
- Demonstrable experience owning a revenue number, genuinely accountable for bringing new business in, not simply supporting a wider team's target.
- Experience in FMCG sales is highly preferred but not essential; direct experience in co-packing, private label, and/or supplement/nutraceutical manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working independently, building a sales plan from scratch and managing their own priorities.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with the ability to structure and close deals that work for boththe customer and the business.
- Excellent relationship-building skills across a range of customers, from first-time brand founders to established FMCG businesses.
- A genuine interest in health, wellness and the supplement industry.
- Existing UK network or contacts within FMCG, supplements, co-packing, or private label manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to meet customers and attend industry events.
