Full job description

We are looking for a passionate part time manager for our Brewery Taproom. This person will have barrels of personality and will make this business their own whilst ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the bar and kitchen. This is more that just a supervisory role, by being in the beating heart of the operation you will need to be an exemplary brand ambassador.

This role comprises of three days a week. Thursday 10-4pm, Friday & Saturday 10am-7pm.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO

Full operational management of the bar and kitchen.
Driving sales, promoting craft beer and our brand.
Maintaining cleanliness of the outlet and ensuring that there is a high standard of presentation.
Providing excellent service to customers.
Training of craft beer assistants.
Cellar and stock management.
Food preparation.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

At least 1 years previous experience in hospitality management or similar job role.
Exceptional customer service and people skills.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
Formidable knowledge of craft beer with willingness and passion to learn about the craft beer industry.
Positive can-do attitude.
