About us

Seabird Cleaning Solutions is a growing property services company operating across the South West. We provide cleaning and maintenance services to residential blocks, managed properties and holiday lets. We're expanding into the Plymouth area and are looking for reliable, motivated cleaners to join our team.

The role

You'll be responsible for cleaning communal areas within residential blocks - stairwells, hallways, entrance areas, and shared spaces. Work is regular and ongoing, with visits typically on a set schedule agreed in advance.

Day to day this includes:

Vacuuming and mopping communal stairwells and hallways
Wiping down surfaces, skirting boards and fixtures
Cleaning internal communal windows
Removing cobwebs and general dusting
Keeping entrance areas clean and presentable
Completing a simple sign-off sheet after each visit
Reporting any damage at the property

What we're looking for

Reliable and punctual - this is the most important thing
Presentable and professional manner
Able to work independently and manage your own time
Own transport preferred given the nature of the work
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential - full guidance provided
