About the Role
As a General Manager at Rockfish, you will:
- Lead your restaurant with confidence, warmth and a people-first mindset
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and consistently strong NPS results
- Manage budgets, KPIs and operational performance with commercial awareness
- Role‑model our culture, values and commitment to sustainability
- Mentor, develop and inspire your team, supporting clear career progression
- Work closely with the kitchen team to deliver outstanding seafood dining
