Full job description

We are a family run business looking to expand our team due to ever increasing workload.

Reports to: Managing Director

As an office Junior, you will be assisting your manager in the smooth operation of the Transport Office, compiling and maintaining documentation and managing information. This role is as challenging as it is demanding.

**We would also consider an Apprentice for this position. Please state this when applying **

Key tasks but not limited to:

Pro-actively support the Transport team in all required areas relating to the department

Entering delivery notes into our system

Monitor all current collections and deliveries including accurate booking in on Internal system

Cost accruals and charging of shipments including the sending out of invoice and back up documentation to the relevant party

Sending PODs on completion

Ensure a high level of customer service is emphasized at all times

You will need to have a high sense of urgency and be able to work diligently to achieve deadlines

Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Monday - Friday - we can offer some flexibility for working hours

Salary - Negotiable

Driving Licence required (due to location of offices)

Previous experience not necessary - some office experience preferred. Training will be given on all aspects.

Pay: £18,200.00-£27,000.00 per year
