About the role

We are looking for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team. This position will report to the General Manager. This position is predominantly weekends and evenings, but other shifts may be available from time to time. Previous experience is required.

We are looking for a cultural fit and you should show the ability to work on your own initiative and work within a strong team environment. You should show pride in completing work to a high standard, with a good understanding of a customer focused business.

Responsibilities

· Waiting tables, taking food and beverage orders from customers and serving, paying attention to detail.

· Satisfying patron requests in a timely manner

· Providing a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons

· Answering telephone calls

· Taking payments

· Cashing up at the end of the night and locking up and eventually unlocking and starting the odd day aswell.

- Checking people into their accommodation providing them with the correct information

- Supervising staff and the bar/restaurant

Knowledge Skills and Experience

· Excellent customer service

· Attention to detail

Lakeshore Leisure actively encourage personal development and attendance of relevant courses to help to develop your knowledge and skills.

A Basic Disclosure is required for this position

Pay: From £13.25 per hour
