Full job description

Experienced Catering Butcher (Day Shift)

Marbec Meats is looking to add an Experienced Catering Butcher to our growing team.

The successful candidate must have:

Proven experience in cutting and preparing meat, including boning, preparing joints, portion control, dicing, and preparing customer orders for delivery.
Previous experience working within a food manufacturing or factory environment.
A good understanding of food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), with the ability to identify and report any issues.
The ability to work in a clean, safe, and organised manner.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team.
Good spoken and written English.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
6:00am – 5:00pm
1-hour lunch break
50 hours per week
Overtime available for those who wish to work additional hours.

Salary

Competitive salary, dependent on skills and experience.
