Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our office operations. This role is ideal for someone with solid office experience, excellent computer skills, and a proactive approach to administrative tasks. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning within our organisation, providing essential clerical support and maintaining efficient workflows.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
Organise and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office & CRM Systems
Prepare correspondence & reports as required
Assist with scheduling appointments and organising meetings
Handle general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies
Support team members with various clerical tasks to enhance overall efficiency

Experience

Prior office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) applications
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette
Familiarity with data entry procedures and clerical practices
