Chichester Dental Practice
This is not a typical Practice Manager role.
We are looking for someone who wants to become a key part of a successful independent business, working directly alongside the Practice Owner to help shape its future.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine impact, influence decision-making and play a significant role in the next stage of the practice’s development.
Whilst the role includes responsibility for the day-to-day management of the practice, we are looking for someone who is equally excited by improving systems, developing people, enhancing the patient experience and helping the business continue to grow and evolve.
At Chichester Dental Practice, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and creating an environment where patients genuinely enjoy visiting the practice. As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations & Practice Manager who shares those values and is excited by the opportunity to make a real difference.
This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, improving systems, solving problems and helping a business reach its full potential. Whilst experience within dentistry would be welcomed, we are equally interested in speaking to candidates from other sectors who can demonstrate strong leadership, organisational and people management skills.
Working closely with the Practice Owner, you will become an important member of the senior leadership team with the opportunity to influence decisions, develop systems and help shape the future direction of the practice.
What You'll Be Doing
Helping to deliver an outstanding patient experience.
Leading and supporting the practice team.
Managing the day-to-day operation of the practice.
Developing systems and processes that improve efficiency and consistency.
Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Working closely with the Practice Owner to support the continued growth and development of the practice.
Taking ownership of the practice's regulatory, compliance and governance responsibilities, ensuring the highest professional standards are maintained.
What We're Looking For
A natural leader who enjoys bringing people together.
Someone who is organised, proactive and solutions-focused.
A confident communicator who can support, motivate and challenge when required.
A person who enjoys improving systems and making things work better.
Someone who wants to be involved in more than simply managing a business and is excited by the opportunity to help shape one.
Whilst previous dental management experience would be welcomed, it is not essential for the right candidate.
What We Offer
A salary of £35,000 - £38,500 depending on experience.
The opportunity to work directly alongside the Practice Owner and play a genuine role in shaping the future of the business.
A high level of autonomy and the ability to influence decisions and drive improvements.
Opportunities for personal and professional development.
Private healthcare and additional employee benefits.
A supportive and friendly working environment within a successful independent practice.
The opportunity to build a long-term career within a business that values initiative, leadership and continuous improvement.
If you're looking for more than a traditional management position and would like to play a meaningful role in the future of a growing business, we'd love to hear from you.
