247 Cars Limited is a multi-depot taxi company operating 247 Cars, Hotline Cars, and City Cars. We manage multiple council school contracts and are looking for an experienced School Runs Administrator to take full ownership of our transport crew compliance.
Please note: This role requires prior experience in the exact same job role. We are not looking for new or entry-level staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Crew Badging: Process and manage council school badge applications for drivers and passenger assistants.
- Record Keeping: Keep all badges paperwork for drivers and passenger assistants organized and completely up to date for council audit visits.
- Timely Renewals: Track, manage, and process all DBS checks, Update Service IDs, Trainings and badge renewals well before they expire.
Requirements
- Proven experience working in this exact compliance/administration role within the taxi or school transport sector.
- Highly organized with a strict focus on hitting deadlines.
Pay: £323.07-£381.30 per week
