Totalfit Personal Training is committed to promoting holistic health and fitness through innovative coaching and community-focused wellness programs, focused on individuals aged 40 and above. We are looking for a driven, autonomous individual to join our team as a Totalfit Site Manager. This role is perfect for someone aiming to step into a management position while significantly contributing to the local gym's success.
We are currently expanding into a multi-site operation across the UK, with our choice of locations being influenced by the preferred sites of our candidates. Starting with seven micro-sites in Sussex (70-120m2) , we are also planning for national and international expansion.

As the Site Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our small group personal training studio, which serves up to 130 members. You will build community, coach sessions, ensure operational excellence, and drive business success. Responsibilities also include leading several personal training sessions weekly and covering additional coaching duties as needed, especially during team member absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build a community of 70 members pre-launch, reaching 100 members within twelve months and 130 members within two years, fostering a supportive and cared-for environment.
- Lead and develop a team of two coaches, ensuring exceptional customer service that transforms members' lives.
- Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, equipment inventory, and general gym maintenance.
- Consistently apply and refine marketing and sales strategies with support from Totalfit UK.
- Coach small group personal training sessions, adapting to varying fitness levels and member needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in gym or fitness center management, including hands-on experience in scheduling, marketing, and sales.
- A minimum of two years of coaching experience in a fitness or wellness environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a small team.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in using gym management software and tools for efficient operations.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with significant decision-making responsibilities.
-Able to travel to Brighton for three days each quarter.
- Must be happy, focused, and humble, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Legally entitled to work in the UK.
