The Role
We're looking for a commercially minded and customer-focused Reservations Executive to join our growing team.
This is much more than a traditional reservations role. You'll be responsible for managing guest enquiries, building relationships with corporate clients and agents, maximising occupancy and revenue, overseeing online distribution channels, and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from enquiry through to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to accommodation enquiries via phone, email and booking channels.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build strong relationships with guests, agents, corporate clients and relocation partners.
- Support revenue management strategies to maximise occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
- Manage rates, availability and inventory across OTA and direct booking channels.
- Coordinate guest requests with operational teams.
- Upsell accommodation and ancillary services where appropriate.
- Ensure all bookings and guest information are accurate and up to date.
- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the guest journey.
About You
- Previous experience in reservations, hotels, serviced apartments or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Commercially aware with a proactive sales approach.
- Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.
- Comfortable using reservation and property management systems.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), OTA platforms and channel management systems is required.
