The Role
Working across three rotating shifts, you'll ensure production always has the materials it needs to meet customer demand.
You'll work closely with our Production, Warehouse and Technical teams to prepare materials, maintain stock accuracy and support the smooth running of manufacturing.
Typical duties include:
- Preparing materials for upcoming production runs.
- Picking materials from stores and delivering them to production.
- Booking stock movements accurately using our computer system.
- Maintaining material batch traceability.
- Supporting production by resolving material shortages.
- Moving finished goods between production and packing.
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards.
- Working safely and following quality procedures at all times.
What we're looking for
You'll be a good fit if you:
- Have experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing or stores.
- Enjoy practical, hands-on work.
- Have good attention to detail.
- Are comfortable using computer systems.
- Can communicate confidently in English.
- Are reliable and work well as part of a team.
- Are happy working rotating shifts, including nights.
A forklift licence would be an advantage, but isn't essential as training can be provided.
