Full job description

Job Title: Assistant Accountant
Hours: 37 per week
Location: Hereford (Hybrid)
Salary: Hoople Band C £27,427 - £34,456 per annum
Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: 18th June 2026

Interview Date: 25th June 2026

The Hoople finance team is a small team with a focus on providing accurate financial information to all the services in Hoople.

The current vacancy for Assistant Accountant will support us to build a robust finance team and work with budget managers as Hoople continues to grow.

You will need to have a passion for working with the business to provide robust financial data, provide challenge and bring solutions to financial issues.

In return the post will provide a varied role with opportunities to learn and develop. We are looking for someone with finance experience and an AAT qualification.
