Typical hours:

Breakfast Club: approx. 7:30am – 9:00am
After School Club: approx. 3:00pm – 6:00pm

About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and caring Wraparound Care Worker to join our team, delivering high-quality breakfast and after-school provision within primary schools across the Worcester area.

This role involves creating a safe, engaging and inclusive environment where children can enjoy a variety of activities before and after the school day. You will play a key role in supporting children’s wellbeing, encouraging active play, creativity and positive social interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and care for children aged 5–12 in a safe and supportive environment
Deliver fun, engaging and age-appropriate activities (sports, games, arts & crafts)
Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times
Build positive relationships with children, school staff and parents
Support children’s social development, confidence and wellbeing
Assist with setting up and packing away equipment and resources
Manage behaviour in a positive and encouraging manner
Maintain registers and follow company procedures

Essential Requirements:

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience working with children (school, coaching, childcare or similar)
A positive, energetic and approachable personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual and organised
A genuine passion for working with children

Desirable (but not essential):

Relevant childcare or coaching qualification
First Aid qualification
Safeguarding training
Experience delivering sports or activity-based sessions
