Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile and skilled Multi Trader to join our construction and maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out a variety of trades across different projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a broad skill set in building, repair, and maintenance tasks to contribute to diverse projects within the organisation.
Responsibilities
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, fitting, and finishing work.
- Conduct roofing repairs and installations, ensuring weatherproofing and durability.
- Carry out construction painting to specifications, preparing surfaces and applying finishes.
- Undertake plumbing duties such as installing, repairing, or maintaining pipes and fixtures.
- Execute masonry work including bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete repairs.
- Handle electrical tasks within scope of experience, including wiring and fixture installation.
- Use hand tools and power tools efficiently to complete assigned tasks safely and effectively.
- Fabricate components or structures as required for various projects.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience across multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, plumbing, masonry, or electrical work.
- Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in construction and maintenance activities.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and materials.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, plans, or specifications.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients.
- Valid relevant certifications or licences are preferred but not essential depending on experience.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on quality workmanship and safety compliance.

Pay: £180.00-£250.00 per day
