Overview

Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Casual Hotel Receptionist, where your energy and guest-focused attitude will create memorable first impressions for our visitors. In this dynamic role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining a warm, professional environment. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a positive guest experience every day.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages as needed
Manage phone inquiries with professional etiquette, directing calls and answering questions promptly
Handle guest requests and resolve issues with a friendly, proactive approach to ensure satisfaction
Maintain the front desk area in a tidy, organized manner while adhering to hotel policies and procedures
Support administrative tasks such as booking reservations, updating guest records, and processing payments
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly and effectively

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with guests professionally
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information
Ability to remain energetic, positive, and approachable in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hospitality software systems or hotel management tools is a plus
Experience working in a multicultural setting is advantageous for serving an international clientele
