Full job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Band 6 Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our dynamic Occupational Health & Wellbeing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality, proactive occupational health service, supporting staff across the Trust and external clients. The role sits within a service that is evolving and transforming to deliver high-impact, preventative interventions aligned to workforce wellbeing priorities.

A core requirement of this role is demonstrable knowledge and experience of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions , including assessment, case management, and providing practical workplace advice to support rehabilitation and return to work.

Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HTFT would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role

Deliver a comprehensive Occupational Health service, including management referrals, fitness for work assessments and health surveillance
Provide specialist advice on a range of conditions, with a significant focus on musculoskeletal (MSK) health , early intervention and prevention
Manage a caseload autonomously, including rehabilitation and return-to-work planning
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care
Contribute to service transformation and improvement, supporting delivery of high-impact wellbeing interventions
Engage with staff and managers to promote health, wellbeing and safe working practice
