Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Used Car Sales Executive to join our reputable dealership team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills,. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your sales expertise within a vibrant automotive environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for driving sales, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and present suitable used vehicle options.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up effectively.
Conduct product demonstrations both in person and via phone or virtual meetings, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance, or accessories to maximise sales opportunities.
Maintain organised records of all transactions and customer interactions for reporting purposes.

Skills

Proven experience in automotive sales is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Excellent communication skills.
Demonstrated ability in upselling and cross-selling products or services confidently.
Proficiency in CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipelines.
A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently whilst contributing positively within a team environment.

Realistic OTE £60,000
