Graphic Designer

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative experienced Graphic Designer to join our marketing team and support the business in building its brand awareness. The role is suited to someone with excellent visual design skills and experience and looking to be part of a creative and inspirational environment.

Main Responsibilities

Support product brand launches with creative campaign assets.
Collaborate with the Marketing team developing excellent design concepts.
Design and produce marketing communications such as banners, posters, social media graphics and signage that align with the brand identity.
Exhibition and Event branding.
Designing creative assets for digital, social media, email, website and paid campaigns.
Support DTC marketing and e-commerce growth by creating engaging and creative content.
Contribute to ideas for campaigns and creative concepts across digital and retail channels.
Contribute to creative strategy and brainstorming, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to new projects.
Work closely with the marketing and e-commerce teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns.
Creating campaign visuals, digital adverts, retail graphics, POS materials, packaging and print collateral.
Prepare artwork for print and liaise with suppliers.
Follow current trends in the business and apply innovative design concepts into our projects.
Ensure deadlines are met consistently, delivering materials to the highest quality standard
Present design work confidently to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising deadlines and ensuring quality delivery.
Take ownership of marketing materials from concept through to final delivery.

About You

A strong and comprehensive portfolio of work showcasing digital, social, campaign and brand creative.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in and in-house graphic design role, ideally within retail, lifestyle or e-commerce.
Good understanding of both digital and print design.
Experience creating assets for DTC and e-commerce platforms.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator/ InDesign & Photoshop).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Understands creative branding and its principles.
Up to date with the latest designs related trends, techniques and technologies.

What we offer:

Competitive Salary: £27,000- £29,000.
Monday to Friday – 40 hours (inclusive of a 30-minute lunch break)
28 days annual leave inclusive of Bank holidays.
