The Role
We're looking for a creative and organised Marketing and Design Assistant to join our team in a hybrid role. Key Responsibilities

- Develop, edit, and upload content to the NEBDN website, and use SEO analytics software to support reporting
- Design marketing materials such as banners, flyers, brochures, presentations, and branded merchandise
- Assist with collating information and designing newsletters for internal and external audiences
- Support the organisation and delivery of events and staff engagement activities
- Contact suppliers for merchandise quotes, venue hire, advertising rates, and publications
- Liaise with key stakeholders (e.g. the General Dental Council, Ofqual, College of General Dentistry, membership organisations) to inform and update as needed
- Design, edit, and update internal documents such as marketing dashboards and board meeting materials
- Provide design, proofreading, and creative support to other departments in line with brand guidelines
- Deputise for the Head of Marketing and Communications or Marketing and Communications Team Lead where required
