Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner to ensure our short-term rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. As an Airbnb Cleaner, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and comfort. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will help create memorable stays that keep guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on hospitality excellence.

Duties

Thoroughly clean and disinfect all areas of the property, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and common areas.
Change Wash and Iron linens and towels, make beds, and restock essential supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products.
Conduct detailed inspections to ensure the property meets cleanliness standards and report any damages or maintenance issues promptly.
Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and appliance sanitation when required.
Manage waste disposal efficiently and ensure the property is tidy before guest check-in.
Follow safety protocols during cleaning procedures to maintain a safe environment for yourself and future guests.
Communicate with property managers or hosts regarding scheduling, special requests, or specific cleaning instructions.

Qualifications

Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred; hotel or hospitality experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with a passion for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Excellent customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction through quality work.
Basic knowledge of cleaning tools, equipment, and environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Nice-to-have skills include cooking experience or familiarity with hospitality operations to enhance guest comfort.
