Administrator

Package: £25,235 pa with excellent benefits including 24 holiday days (plus your birthday) 2 days off for charity work, Group life assurance and heath care cash plan.

Location: Borehamwood Office.

Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday between the hours of 8.30am – 5.00pm

Here’s what you’ll be doing with us as an Administrator:

Inputting data from claim forms, payment details and other data onto our core systems ensuring all details are accurate
Managing email boxes relating to customer enquiries
Carry out any ad-hoc tasks
Making and answering phone calls from policy holders and vet practices
Applying the underwriting criteria to new applications for cover on a daily basis
Deliver good outcomes and a high standard of customer care whilst enabling consumers to make effective decisions in their interests.

Our wish list of your previous experience as an Administrator:

Administration experience is advantageous
Excellent data entry skills
Strong telephony experience
Good attention to detail
The ability to communicate effectively written and verbal
