Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented assistant to join our dynamic Team. This role is essential in supporting our Team with job cover in all areas from reception to production, packing, sales and Admin tasks, along side training in our Design , website and Marketing jobs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, . This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn new skills.

No experience necessary, all training provided on site.

Duties

Answering the phone and dealing with customer inquiries.
Assisting customers in our showroom, taking orders and helping with collections.
Assist our production team by creating visuals, preparing artwork, production of garments, packing jobs for dispatch and liaising with customers.
Learning machine production ( training given ) in both our Embroidery and Printing department for Job Cover.
Assist in managing and updating content on the company website and social media platforms.
Create engaging copy for promotional materials, newsletters, and other communications.

Skills

Ability to work as part of a Team and to deadline
Confident with dealing with customers in person and on the phone.
Fluent in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Good general knowledge of windows based products ( Excel, word etc)
Experience with email and social media marketing platforms is advantageous.
Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously..
Experience with computer based design packages or an interest to learn.

This position is suited to you if you are confident with learning and developing computer programmed skills, but would like a varied role which would include general admin and production , like working as part of a team and enjoy multitasking we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
