At CTE Advanced Technologies, we create high-quality precision components for some of the world’s leading motorsport and engineering brands. We’re looking for a talented CNC Turner to join our friendly team in Aylesbury.
What You’ll Do:
- Programming/setting/operating on a lathe using Fanuc and fusion 360.
- Assessing engineering drawings to establish a strategy for creating a machined part. Implementing the strategy with the most efficient use of time and resources, available tooling and whether new tooling is required.
- Assessing and agreeing lead times with the Machine shop supervisor.
- Ensuring quality targets are always met. Liaise with Quality Engineer so that all parties are aware of tolerance limits and how these are to be attained and measured.
- Maintain machine maintenance schedules.

What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to program using Fanuc and fusion 360.
- A proven track record in operating CNC Lathe.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Backed up by qualifications in these disciplines.
- Additional skills in these areas would be a key advantage to role: Hypermill experience, 3 and 5 axis milling experience on Hurco Mills

Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
