Join Analogue Wonderland
Are you a digital marketer who loves combining creativity, commercial thinking, and hands-on execution?
Do you enjoy building paid campaigns that genuinely perform, creating email journeys customers actually want to open, and finding smart ways to grow customer loyalty and lifetime value?
If so, we’d love to hear from you.
At Analogue Wonderland, we’re looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to help take our marketing to the next level. This is a broad and exciting role focused primarily on Paid Media and Email Marketing, while also giving you the opportunity to contribute across wider digital growth initiatives.
Previously, these responsibilities have been shared across multiple areas of the business, so this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing ideas together, taking ownership, and helping shape the future direction of marketing within a growing ecommerce brand.
About the Role
This role is ideal for a strong all-round digital marketer who has deep experience in Paid Media and CRM/Email Marketing, but also enjoys contributing across the wider customer journey.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute marketing activity that supports customer acquisition, retention, and long-term brand growth. While strategic input is important, this is also a hands-on role where you’ll actively manage campaigns, analyse performance, and continuously test and improve activity across channels.
We’re a small but ambitious team, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in an agile environment, and is excited by the opportunity to make a visible impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
Paid Media (Core Focus)
- Manage and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and other relevant channels.
- Own campaign execution including audience targeting, creative testing, budgeting, optimisation, and reporting.
- Continuously improve performance against KPIs including ROAS, CPA, revenue growth, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and creative partners to develop compelling campaigns and content.
Email Marketing & CRM (Secondary Focus)
- Lead email marketing activity using Klaviyo, including campaigns, automations, and customer lifecycle flows.
- Build and optimise journeys such as welcome flows, abandoned cart, win-back, retention, and promotional campaigns.
- Use segmentation and customer insights to improve engagement, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Support the wider digital marketing strategy alongside senior leadership.
- Help identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, retention, and overall ecommerce performance.
- Contribute ideas around customer journey optimisation, conversion improvements, and brand growth initiatives.
- Monitor and report on channel performance using tools such as GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and Lifetimely.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with leadership, ecommerce, creative, and operational teams to align marketing activity with commercial priorities.
- Bring a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and confidence in taking ownership of projects.
- Support external partners or agencies where required.
- Help foster a positive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture within the business.
What We’re Looking For

- Strong hands-on experience managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
- Experience with email marketing and CRM platforms, particularly Klaviyo.
- Proven ability to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce marketing performance metrics and reporting.
- Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
- Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within an SME or fast-growing ecommerce business.
- Familiarity with customer journey optimisation and conversion-focused marketing.
- Experience briefing creative or content assets for performance marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with niche, enthusiast, or premium product categories.
- Experience managing external agencies or freelancers.
About You
You’re someone who:
- Enjoys both the strategic and executional sides of marketing.
- Takes initiative and enjoys finding better ways of doing things.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
- Loves analysing performance and improving results.
- Is commercially minded and customer-focused.
- Brings positive energy and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
And importantly… you’re nice.
