Looking for a role where you can lead inclusive practice, shape behaviour systems, and make a measurable difference to students who need the most support?

As a Reflection Lead, you will take a leading role in shaping behaviour, inclusion, and intervention systems across the school. You’ll drive a culture of high expectations and restorative practice, ensuring every student — particularly those who need additional support — feels safe, understood, and able to succeed. Your work will influence curriculum access, staff practice, and whole-school improvement, helping remove barriers and improve outcomes for all learners.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year

The role:

As a Reflection Lead, you will provide strategic leadership across inclusion, behaviour, curriculum, and data, ensuring a joined‑up approach that supports all students to achieve their full potential.

You will lead and develop restorative and relational behaviour systems, oversee internal provision and reflection processes, and ensure interventions are impactful and consistently applied.

You will analyse behaviour and inclusion data to identify trends, track key groups, and drive targeted improvements. You will also monitor the quality of provision through evidence such as observations, pupil voice, and performance data, ensuring strategies lead to sustained improvement.

Working closely with senior leaders, staff, families, and external agencies, you will coordinate support for students with additional needs, oversee reintegration following suspensions, and ensure systems promote both accountability and wellbeing.

Use data confidently to identify trends, inform decisions, and improve outcomes
Support and challenge colleagues to deliver inclusive, high-quality provision

Respond effectively to challenging behaviour using calm, restorative approaches
Remove barriers for students by implementing targeted and impactful interventions
Promote a calm, predictable and supportive environment where all students can succeed
Play a key role in driving whole-school improvement in behaviour, engagement, and inclusion

The Inclusion Team at Weavers Academy is a dedicated and student-focused group committed to ensuring that every young person is supported to thrive both academically and personally. Working collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies, the team provides tailored support for students with a range of needs, including behavioural, emotional and attendance challenges. With a strong emphasis on early intervention, relationship-building and removing barriers to learning, the Inclusion Team plays a vital role in promoting a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where all students feel valued, understood and empowered to succeed.
