Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Nail Technician to operate independently within our salon. As a self-employed professional, you will provide high-quality nail services to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering repeat business. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to build your own client base while working in a professional environment dedicated to beauty and personal care.

We have a nail desk available in our clinic, and would love to find a technician to join the team. Available Monday to Friday, plus weekends 8am to 8pm.

£100 per week Mon- Friday

£140 per week Monday to Sunday

Duties

Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, gel nails, and nail art.
Apply makeup services as required, enhancing clients’ natural beauty for special occasions or daily wear.
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and providing personalised recommendations.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring punctuality and organisation throughout the day.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and professional demeanour.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, makeup application, and beauty techniques to offer innovative services.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Technician with a portfolio of work demonstrating skill and creativity.
Knowledge of makeup application techniques is desirable but not essential.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
Strong communication skills to understand client preferences and explain treatments effectively.
Self-motivated with organisational skills to manage your own schedule and client appointments.
Professional attitude with a focus on hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction.
Valid certification or licence for nail technician services (where applicable).

This role offers the flexibility of being self-employed while working within a supportive environment that encourages professional growth and creativity.

Pay: £100.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
