Full job description

For an established aesthetic clinic with a busy London practice and a growing team, an experienced a Business and Operations Manager is sought to support the day-to-day running of the business, improve internal processes, and ensure the clinic continues to operate efficiently as it grows.

This is a hands-on role focused on organisation, oversight, and execution.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

Oversee daily operations across the main London clinic
Maintain operational oversight of additional clinics under the clinic's banner
Improve systems and workflows to support and consolidate growth across the business
Ensure effective use of internal systems, including patient management and Xero

Team Management

Support and oversee a medium-sized team of clinicians, secretaries, and advisors
Assist with hiring and onboarding
Maintain clear communication and accountability across the business

Business Support

Monitor budgets and general spending
Support reporting and basic data analysis
Identify practical improvements to efficiency and service delivery

Brand and Client Experience

Maintain consistency in service and brand standards
Support a high-quality client experience

Experience

Experience in a clinical, aesthetic, or healthcare setting preferred
Strong organisational and operational skills with at least two years’ experience
Confident managing people and processes
Comfortable working with systems, data, and budgets
Reliable, structured, and able to take ownership of responsibilities

Education and background

A degree in business or healthcare management, or equivalent qualifications/relevant experience
Proven operational experience

Person and culture

Possess the ability to remain calm and strategic under pressure
Be based in the London area, or within a reasonable commute

Working arrangements

Part-time, three days per week
Hybrid, with on-site presence required, and extended presence fortnightly/monthly
Eight hours per day between 9am and 6:30pm
Regular communication via email, messaging, and in-situ scheduled meetings

Compensation

£45-55,000.00 (pro-rata) depending on experience

Pay: £34,871.43-£55,884.64 per year
