We have an exciting new opportunity to join our friendly team of bakers at The Award Winning Windsor Home Bakery.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about making high quality bread, hot plate and sweet products. We will consider both experienced bakers and trainee bakers. Salary will be offered in line with experience.
You’ll be working in a large, high volume and fast paced environment, so, bring your energetic approach to work alongside your hunger to develop your skills to produce our top-quality bakery products.
Requirements:
- A passion for baking.
- All experience levels considered/trainee.
- Preferrable, knowledge of bread mixing, ability to shape bread products with hands.
- Understanding bread proving and baking a variety of products to specified times and temperature
- Passion for high-end bakery products, love for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service
- A good understanding of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
- Incredible attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexible working available Mon to Fri
