Role Details

Title: Commercial Property Solicitor
Department: Commercial & Corporate
Location: Onsite – Head Office Nuneaton
Working Hours: Full-time, 36.25 hours per week
Work pattern: 9:00am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Role Summary

We are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join our Property team at our
head office in Nuneaton. This role is ideal for an NQ to 5 years PQE solicitor who is
eager to build their experience in commercial property work, including acquisitions,
disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant matters.

You will work closely with senior colleagues on client matters, gaining exposure to a
range of commercial property transactions within a supportive and dynamic legal
environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: NQ to 5 years PQE with some exposure to commercial property

work, ideally including sales, acquisitions, leases, or landlord and tenant
matters.

Transaction Management: Ability to handle files confidently under

supervision, managing deadlines, documentation, and client communications
efficiently.

Technical Skills: Strong legal research and drafting skills, with attention to

detail in contracts and property documentation.

Client Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide

clear, practical advice to clients.

Team Collaboration: Able to work as part of a busy team, with willingness to

learn from senior colleagues and contribute to the department’s success.

This role provides an excellent foundation for a Solicitor aiming to build a long-term
career in commercial property law, with structured support and exposure to a diverse
range of clients and transactions.
