Job Summary

Dobry Przeklad Language & Business Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Multilingual Communications to lead multilingual communication strategies, oversee language services, and support effective cross-cultural business communication. This role is ideal for a senior communications leader with strong experience in translation, localisation, interpretation, client communication, and business support who can manage teams, improve service delivery, and strengthen communication standards across multiple languages.

What You'll Do

Lead multilingual communications, translation, localisation, interpretation, and language service operations.
Develop communication strategies that support clients, partners, and internal business objectives.
Manage linguists, translators, interpreters, editors, project coordinators, and communication support teams.
Oversee multilingual content quality, terminology consistency, cultural accuracy, and service delivery standards.
Work with clients, senior leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to understand communication needs and project requirements.
Manage project timelines, budgets, workloads, quality checks, risks, and delivery milestones.
Improve workflows for translation management, localisation projects, client communication, and document handling.
Monitor KPIs, client satisfaction, project performance, turnaround times, and continuous improvement progress.
Prepare executive reports, communication plans, proposals, service reviews, and strategic recommendations.
Support business growth through stronger multilingual services, client relationships, and scalable processes.

Requirements

Experience in multilingual communications, translation services, localisation, interpretation, business communications, client services, or a related field is preferred.
Previous senior leadership, communications management, language services management, or director-level experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of translation workflows, localisation standards, interpretation support, multilingual content management, and cross-cultural communication.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple language projects, teams, clients, deadlines, vendors, and competing priorities.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CAT tools, translation management systems, CRM platforms, project management tools, and reporting software.
Strong commercial awareness with a practical approach to language services, communication quality, and business growth.
Applicants with proven multilingual communications, translation, localisation, or client service leadership experience are encouraged to apply.
