Join Our Dynamic Team!

Bourne Estate Agents, a fully independent and growing business, are seeking an enthusiastic Saturday Viewing Assistant to join our Guildford branch.

About the Role

Our Viewing Assistants are a really important part of our team. You will be acting as an ambassador of Bourne, providing exceptional service and showcasing our properties to prospective buyers. Your responsibilities will include:

Property Viewings: Act as the face of Bourne, conducting property viewings and highlighting the unique features and benefits of each home.
Diary & Time Management: Efficiently manage your schedule to ensure timely and well-coordinated property viewings.
Client Feedback: Gather and relay clear, constructive feedback from viewings to the office team.
Business Development: Utilise word-of-mouth recommendations to help us with new and repeat business opportunities.

Experience We’re Looking For

While previous experience in estate agency is not essential, it would be advantageous. However, if you possess relevant sales skills or industry knowledge and are familiar with the Guildford area, then we will be able to provide training to help you use your existing skills.

You must have your own car (insured for business use) and a full driving license.

Working Hours

Saturdays: On average 6 hours per week, during 09:00 - 17:30
Occasional Weekdays: Potential for occasional weekday hours
