Join Our Demand Planning Team!
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Demand Planning team, working closely with customers and colleagues across the business to ensure excellent service, strong customer relationships, and successful product launches.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll play a key part in managing customer demand, coordinating orders, and supporting new product development projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building strong collaborative relationships with customers and acting as a key point of contact.
- Working with customers and internal teams to achieve agreed service levels and performance targets.
- Attending fortnightly New Product Development (NPD) meetings and supporting projects through to successful launch.
- Preparing and presenting information relating to forecasts, production schedules, customer orders, and service performance.
- Managing customer purchase orders, ensuring all details are accurate and resolving any discrepancies.
- Supporting collaborative planning activities, including forecast reviews, delivery schedules, and order cycles.
- Processing customer sales orders and providing regular updates on order fulfilment.
- Responding to customer queries and providing timely solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service, particularly during periods of supply constraints.
- Working with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and deliver excellent customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
- A confident communicator who can build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Experienced in using systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Proactive, collaborative, and focused on delivering results.
- Able to analyse information and make informed decisions to support customer requirements.
- Passionate about continuous improvement and finding better ways of working.
