About Us:

Colchester Property Maintenance Specialise in property maintenance, repairs and renovations, primarily across the CO Postcode. We provide services to landlords, tenants, agents and property managers. We pride ourselves on delivering high quality workmanship and excellent customer service to our clients.

The Role:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various trades, with the ability to perform maintenance and repairs across multiple disciplines. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently as well as part of a team, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for q wide range of property maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:

Painting & Decorating
Carpentry
Tiling
Plumbing
Plastering
General Repairs
Landscaping
Small Electrical Installations
Bathroom installations
Kitchen Installations

Requirements

Proven Experience in property maintenance
Knowledge of repairing household items
Flexible attitude to tasks
Your own tools
A car or van
Live within 30 minute radius of Colchester
