As a Service Provider Partner, you will operate independently while supporting Stealth Logistics Limited with a steady supply of trained and compliant drivers. This is a long‑term commercial partnership with ongoing volume and growth potential.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Service Provider Partner to recruit, employ, and manage a pool of qualified drivers for Stealth Logistics Ltd. You will act as the driver supplier, ensuring compliance, scheduling, and performance, while we provide the freight contracts, routing, and technology platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Supply Qualified Drivers for scheduled delivery routes.
- Ensure Driver Compliance including licences, right‑to‑work, background checks, and training.
- Maintain Operational Reliability by providing drivers on time and in line with route allocations.
- Monitor Driver Performance to ensure professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction. What We’re Looking For
- Experience in driver recruitment, transport staffing, or logistics operations.
- Ability to scale driver numbers based on daily and seasonal demand.
- Strong understanding of UK transport regulations and safety standards.
- A commitment to reliability, communication, and service excellence.
- Proven Recruitment Experience: A verifiable track record in recruiting, preferably within transportation, logistics, gig-economy, or similar fast-paced industries.
- Business Entity: Must be a registered business (e.g., LLC, Corporation) with the capacity to hire independent contractors.
- Operational Excellence: Established processes for driver vetting, onboarding, compliance, and management.
- Understanding of Compliance: Knowledge of the legal and insurance requirements for engaging independent contractors in the delivery space.
- Growth Mindset: A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit with the ambition to build and scale a service-oriented business.
