Gymnastics Instructor – Build a Career with The Little Gym Wimbledon

Days : Sunday - Thursday shift pattern

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour

At The Little Gym Wimbledon, we help children aged 3–12 build confidence through movement, laughter, and achievement. Every day is different, whether you're coaching a child to master a new skill, celebrating at one of our amazing birthday parties, or working alongside a team that genuinely enjoys what they do.

If you've got a gymnastics background and a positive attitude, we'll give you the training and support to become a fantastic instructor.

What you'll be doing

Every shift is varied and rewarding. You'll:

Coach fun, structured gymnastics classes that help children grow in confidence and ability.
Create unforgettable birthday parties packed with games, activities, and smiles.
Welcome families and provide excellent customer service.
Help with bookings, emails, and day-to-day organisation to keep the centre running smoothly.
Work closely with your teammates to create an exciting and positive environment.
Continue developing your coaching and leadership skills through ongoing training.
