WORKING FOREMAN / SITE FOREMAN
Residential Renovation Projects – London
Trident Master Construction Ltd is looking for an experienced and organised Working Foreman / Site Foreman to work alongside the company director on residential renovation and refurbishment projects across London.
The ideal candidate must have previous construction and residential refurbishment experience and be confident coordinating trades, managing day-to-day site operations, and helping keep projects progressing efficiently and professionally.
This is a support role working closely with the company director. The company director remains the lead on all client relationships, meetings, project direction, pricing, and overall project management.
The successful candidate will report directly to the company director and play a key role in helping manage the day-to-day operational running of sites, ensuring workers have the materials, information, support, and direction required to maintain workflow and meet project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating day-to-day site operations
- Managing trades and subcontractors on site
- Helping ensure programmes and deadlines are achieved
- Monitoring workflow and pushing projects forward efficiently
- Identifying delays or site issues early and reporting back to management
- Ensuring workers have required materials, access, and information
- Maintaining organisation, professionalism, and site standards
- Assisting with deliveries and site logistics
- Helping maintain quality control and efficiency on site
- Working closely with the company director to help projects run smoothly
The ideal candidate should:
- Gold CSCS Skilled Worker status or similar accreditations
- Have strong previous construction and refurbishment experience
- Be organised, proactive, and reliable
- Have good understanding of construction sequencing and workflow
- Be capable of helping monitor programmes and site schedules
- Be good with people, trades, and communication
- Be able to think ahead and problem solve
- Take pride in running organised and efficient sites
- Work well within a team environment
High-end residential refurbishment/interiors experience preferred. Carpentry or multi-trade background beneficial. Must have a drivers licence and own vehicle is a plus.
Pay: £200.00-£270.00 per day
