Full job description

Role: HR Coordinator (HR Systems & Process Improvement)

Location: Manchester - Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office

Package: Competitive salary + further fantastic benefits package

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to support efficient, accurate HR administration across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on HR systems, data quality and process improvement.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, analysing processes and driving improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-line HR support to employees, managers and HR teams
Manage employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, changes, promotions, leavers)
Produce contracts, letters and maintain accurate employee records (GDPR compliant)
Maintain and update HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors), ensuring data accuracy
Support system changes, upgrades, testing and issue resolution
Produce HR reports and support data analysis and audits
Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities
Support HR projects, system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

Experience in an HR Administrator, Coordinator or Shared Services role
Strong experience using HR systems and managing employee data
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Able to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in systems and processes

Desirable:

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
Involvement in HR systems projects or system upgrades
Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes
Understanding of GDPR and HR data governance
CIPD (or working towards)
