We’re Hiring: Bookings Partner

Newcastle-under-Lyme with hybrid working opportunities once fully trained

£24,785 + 9.6% uplift

Permanent, full time

Shifts between 6am and 10pm Monday to Sunday on a rota basis (1 weekend in 5)

We’re looking for a Bookings Partner to play a vital role in supporting healthcare professionals and coordinating essential staffing bookings with our NHS partners. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference every day while building strong relationships and ensuring healthcare services run smoothly.

Acacium Group is a leading global healthcare delivery partner, and we are excited to be adding a Customer Support Coordinator to our team. Part of Acacium Group, Bank Partners is the UK’s leading independent expert in managed staff bank solutions for the NHS. We support healthcare professionals to work flexibly, ensuring vital shift cover that helps maintain patient safety. Working in partnership with our clients, we help reduce agency spend, strengthen governance, and enhance flexible workforce models.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

Proactively engage with healthcare professionals to confirm availability, match suitable candidates to high-priority shifts, and build a strong talent pipeline by encouraging future availability submissions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare workers, providing exceptional support, fostering trust, and ensuring they feel valued, supported, and engaged throughout their journey.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify priority staffing requirements, share progress updates, and help overcome any booking challenges to ensure service delivery targets are met.
Manage the shared inbox efficiently, responding promptly and professionally to enquiries from clients and healthcare professionals while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
