We have been successfully trading for over 15 years, employing over 170 office staff and over 3000 engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK's largest energy installer in the coming years.
Logistics Operations Coordinator Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of our national logistics function, ensuring customer deliveries and installations stay on track
- Manage delivery exceptions, urgent installations and outbound shipments, working closely with the warehouse, customer service and installation teams
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers and transport partners to resolve delivery issues, collections, warranty returns and carrier claims
- Maintain accurate logistics data, reporting and tracking systems, using CRM and ERP platforms to drive operational performance
- Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, customer service and operational efficiency while supporting the Logistics Team Leader
The ideal Logistics Operations Coordinator
- Previous experience within logistics, supply chain or operations
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, CRM/ERP systems and data analysis
- Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with confidence dealing with suppliers, carriers and internal stakeholders
- A proactive problem solver with excellent attention to detail
- Experience within distribution, wholesale or construction is advantageous
