Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and navigate different driving conditions. As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

What do we offer?

Weekly pay
Vehicle rental from as little as £36.10 per day including insurance
Daily rental – no weekly rental charges
Fuel card available so no upfront costs

Responsibilities

10am start - shift starts with an approximate 1 hour parcel sort. (Monday-Saturday)
Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Experience

Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
Experience in a warehouse environment is beneficial, particularly in relation to loading and unloading procedures.
