NUGENT carry out large, complex MEP engineering project works in GB, NI & ROI with a workforce of 160 direct employees and 300 sub-contractors.

The role:

NUGENT are seeking to recruit a Document Controllerto our Contracts Department. You will be a motivated and reliable worker who brings enthusiasm and positivity to a team and you should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Position: Document Controller

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Objectives of this Role

Implement and manage effective document control systems and procedures to ensure storage and distribution of engineering documents.
Maintain document control of the M&E documents including tracking the numerous versions, document numbering etc.
Coordination with Design Consultants, Main Contractors and so forth to review and update the documents, procedures and timelines of which they are due.
General admin of project documents.
Maintain high standards of work within your department.

Skills and Qualifications:

5 GCSEs at Grade C or above or equivalent.
PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal and Organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Self-motivated, with a 'can-do' approach to work and willingness to learn and assist.
Organised and disciplined in your planning and approach to work.
Work well and confidently as part of a team in a busy environment.
