Full job description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Clerk to support our daily office and product administration tasks. This role mainly involves organizing product information, updating records, and providing general office support.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and update product information based on actual items
Search online for product details and maintain accurate records
Register and update product data in the system
Physically check products and take photos when required
Manage and update inventory information in the WMS system
Handle routine emails and basic administrative tasks
Provide general office support and assist the line manager with daily work

Requirements:

Previous office, clerical, warehouse admin, or similar experience preferred
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online research
Good attention to detail and organizational skills
Able to work independently and manage routine tasks
Good English communication skills (Mandarin or other languages are a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
