Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounts Manager/Operations Co-ordinator to oversee financial processes and coordinate daily operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts payable, utilising accounting software, and ensuring the smooth running of administrative functions. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to organisational efficiency while developing your skills within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Utilise accounting software such as QuickBooks to maintain financial records and generate reports.
Coordinate daily operational activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimisation.
Liaise with suppliers, clients, and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and transactions.
Maintain organised records of financial documents and operational procedures.
Support the implementation of new systems or procedures to improve efficiency across departments.

Requirements

Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reconciliation.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in an administrative or operational coordination role is preferred.
A proactive approach with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
