Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations within our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, optimise sales performance, and ensure the smooth running of the store. Fluency in multiple languages is considered an advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse customer bases and team members.

Duties

Lead and manage the store and achieve sales targets.
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Drive sales through effective merchandising, promotional activities, and excellent customer service.
Manage stock levels, organise inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports.
Ensure high standards of phone etiquette and communication.
Maintain a welcoming environment for customers by providing personalised assistance and resolving any issues promptly.
Organise visual merchandising to optimise store presentation and maximise sales opportunities.
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised store environment.

Skills

Proven management experience within retail or similar environments, with strong team management capabilities.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Strong leadership qualities.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; fluency in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Proficiency in sales management techniques and retail merchandising strategies.
Good administrative experience including stock control, reporting, and record keeping.
Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Professional phone etiquette coupled with organisational skills to manage customer interactions smoothly.
Ability to supervise st, manage sales targets, and oversee store operations confidently. This position is paid and offers an engaging environment for those eager to advance their career in retail management while delivering outstanding service to customers.
